  3. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, and major credit cards.

  4. Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure that the work area is accessible and free of obstacles prior to the scheduled service date. We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

  5. Weather Conditions: All services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule any service due to inclement weather for the safety of our team and the quality of the work performed.

  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients must provide at least 8 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in an $8.00 late cancellation or rescheduling fee.

  7. Satisfaction Guaranteed: We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with a service, we’ll make it right, demonstrating our commitment to excellence.
